Visual Link Wireless Internet provides wireless Broadband Internet service utilizing are data centers in Winchester, Virginia, and Hampshire County, West Virginia. This allows us to offer a higher quality of support and service than most typical Wireless Internet Service Providers. Our vast network of tower sites throughout the area provide us with the best wireless broadband coverage in the areas we serve. Wireless Internet services are currently offered in Winchester City, Frederick and Clarke Counties in Virginia. In West Virginia, we currently provide coverage in Hampshire and Morgan Counties.
Wireless Broadband:
Wireless Broadband is an affordable service for those who need more than dial-up speeds. VPN, gaming and larger file up and downloading will benefit from the faster speeds of Wireless Broadband Internet.
A site survey will be performed at your home or business location for $25.00 to ensure adequate signal reception before any installation.
We offer two contract packages:
One Year Contract - one time $250.00 set up fee - monthly service charges plus $10.00 per month equipment lease fee apply.
Installation is typically $125.00, but you may opt to install the equipment yourself.
We offer two speeds of Wireless Broadband in the 2.4gHz range along with Hot Spot Access. All come with email accounts and dial-up access as backup.

Basic Wireless Broadband:
Basic Wireless Broadband is an affordable service. It is ideal for a household with 1 to 2 computers, it will support VPN and is ideal for gaming. This service starts at $59.00 plus setup, lease and any installation fees. This service typically has download speeds of 1Mbs, with bursts up to 3Mbs, and upload speeds of up to 1Mbs *.
* Bandwidth is provided on a best efforts “maximum information rate” (MIR) basis. These plans are not provided with a Service Level Agreements (SLA). Customers that require these should consider Tower Beam Service plans, listed below.

Ultra Wireless Broadband:
Ultra Wireless Broadband is an affordable home/business class service. It is ideal for a small or at-home business and will support VPN. This service starts at $79.00 plus setup, lease and any installation fees. This service typically has download speeds of 1Mb with bursts up to 3Mbs, and upload speeds of 1 Mbs *.

Hot Spot Access:
Hot Spot Access is included with our dialup V-92 Internet service. this gives you access to all of our hotspot locations, with speeds up to 256Kbs download and 128Kbs upload. All for lower than most Dial-Up Internet companies charge for Dial-up internet access alone - Our dial-up Internet with Hotspot access is only $12.95 per month. Winchester, Virginia, has Hot Spot access throughout most of the city, along with many other locations in Clarke and Frederick,Hampshire, Morgan Counties.

TowerBeam wireless Broadband:
Business Broadband service using Fixed Microwave and WIMAX technolgy this allows us to offer higher speeds and lower latency than a conventional dedicated Internet circuit. We offer plans for businesses starting at $150.00 per month for a dedicated 1Mbs bandwidth. Additional bandwidth is priced at $75.00 per 512Kbs. A T1 at 1.5 Mbs dedicated is only $175.00 dollars per month. We offer dedicated Internet circuit up to 45 Mbs. And
all TowerBeam internet circuits Come with a 99.99 uptime gaurntee.
