1. Open Outlook Express (You don't have to connect to the Internet to modify settings) 
2. Click on "Tools". Then select "Accounts".
 

 

3. If you are converting from our Google powered email system, click your email account on the list, then click remove. Once you have done that, or if you are setting up for the first time, click on "Add", then click on "Mail".
 

 

4. The "Internet Connection Wizard" will start. For "Your Name", type in the name you want your e-mail messages to appear from. (i.e. John Smith). Then click "Next".
 

 

5. In the "Internet E-mail Address" window, type in your e-mail address. Your e-mail address is your user-id@visuallink.com. Then click "Next".

In the "E-mail Server Names" window, make sure it says "My incoming mail server is a POP3 server. The incoming mail server is "mail.visuallink.com". The SMTP server is "smtp.visuallink.com". Then click "Next".

 

 

7. In the "Internet Mail Logon" window, type in your user-id and password. Then click "Next".
 

 

8. In the "Congratulations" window, click on "Finish" to save the settings.
