| 1. | Open Outlook Express (You don't have to connect to the Internet to modify settings) |
| 2. | Click on "Tools". Then select "Accounts". |

| 3. | Click on "Add". Then click on "Mail". |

| 4. | The "Internet Connection Wizard" will start. For "Your Name", type in the name you want your e-mail messages to appear from. (i.e. John Smith). Then click "Next". |

| 5. | In the "Internet E-mail Address" window, type in your e-mail address. Your e-mail address is your user-id@visuallink.com. Then click "Next". |

In the "E-mail Server Names" window, make sure it says "My incoming mail server is a POP3 server. The incoming mail server is "mail.visuallink.com". The SMTP server is "smtp.visuallink.com". Then click "Next". |

| 7. | In the "Internet Mail Logon" window, type in your user-id and password. Then click "Next". |

| 8. | In the "Congratulations" window, click on "Finish" to save the settings. |
